What you can request
Choose which categories of data you want removed. Each request is reviewed by an admin before anything is deleted — keyed to your Discord user ID only.
- Leveling & economy profiles (XP, coins, bank) in every server
- Activity tracking used for Orbit analytics
- Astra conversation history and /remember memories
- Cross-server reputation profile (if you opted in)
- Moderation cases where you are the subject (may be denied during active investigations)
- Personal reminders and Ask Orbit history
Never available for self-service: platform ban records and admin notes, server configuration, Orbit aggregate snapshots, billing records managed by Stripe, or data in Discord itself. Server owners who need full guild removal should remove the bot and contact privacy@astrixbot.com.
