Astrix splits configuration between the web dashboard and Discord slash commands. Persistent settings — welcome flows, automod, tickets, economy, and most moderation options — live at `astrixbot.com/{guildId}/settings` after you select a server.

Some workflows only run inside Discord. Elite `/ai-setup` generates a server structure preview you approve before anything is created. Orbit Q&A uses `/orbit ask`, `/orbit weekly`, and `/orbit recall` from chat, while charts live on the dashboard Orbit page.

Log in, open Your servers, choose a guild, and use the sidebar to jump to each settings category. Changes save to your server's Guild document and take effect for the bot immediately.

Moderation commands — warn, kick, ban, mute, and bulk clear — are available to staff with the right Discord permissions. Cases are logged for review in the dashboard under `/{guildId}/settings/moderation`.

Automod filters run automatically on incoming messages. Configure banned words, invite blocking, spam detection, caps limits, and mention spam from `/{guildId}/settings/automod`.

Members earn XP from activity; use `/rank` and `/leaderboard` to view progress. Configure XP rate, cooldown, and announcement channel under `/{guildId}/settings/leveling`.

Economy adds server currency with `/daily`, `/balance`, `/shop`, and transfers. Currency name and daily reward amounts are set in `/{guildId}/settings/economy`.

Custom rank card styling is a Pro+ perk. Free servers still get full XP and economy on the free tier — see Pricing for what upgrades unlock.

Members open private ticket channels with `/ticket` (or your configured panel). Staff close tickets with `/close` and receive a transcript in your log channel.

Enable tickets and set the Discord category, staff role, and log channel in `/{guildId}/settings/tickets`. The staff role determines who can see and manage open tickets.

Ticket categories in Discord map to the category ID you provide — Astrix creates channels under that category so support stays organized.

Anti-raid protects against join waves and young accounts. Enable it under `/{guildId}/settings/antiraid`: set a minimum account age, optional verification flow, burst thresholds, and an alert channel for moderators.

When verification is on, new members receive a pending role until they complete verification, then receive the verification role you configure. This keeps unverified joins out of the main server during normal operation and during elevated join activity.

Join-burst detection watches how many accounts join within a time window (default 10 joins per 60 seconds). When the threshold is exceeded, moderators get an alert in your chosen channel and stricter gating applies to incoming members — account age rules and pending-role verification stay enforced until the wave passes.

Astra answers questions with `/ask` and can summarize channel activity with `/summarize` (Pro+). Configure Astra in `/{guildId}/settings/astra`.

Free tier: Astra only responds in one channel you specify — you must set a channel ID; leaving it empty does not unlock all channels.

Pro and Elite: Astra can respond in any channel when no restriction is set, and members can DM the bot for help outside public channels.

Elite only: Custom persona fields (tone, knowledge, and instructions) shape how Astra speaks for your community.

Orbit is Astrix's analytics layer (Pro+). Ask questions in Discord with `/orbit ask`, schedule digests with `/orbit weekly`, and recall past answers with `/orbit recall`.

Charts, sentiment trends, and digest history live on the dashboard at `/{guildId}/orbit`. Settings upsell and tier status are at `/{guildId}/settings/orbit`.

Analytics history retention depends on your plan: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, and unlimited on Elite. Older snapshots fall outside your tier window.

Elite servers can run `/ai-setup` in Discord to describe their community in plain language — gaming hub, study group, creator server, and so on.

Astrix generates a preview of channels, roles, and structure. Nothing is created until you review and approve the plan. This is a one-shot onboarding assistant, separate from ongoing Orbit analytics.

Run history and status appear in the dashboard at `/{guildId}/settings/ai-setup`. Upgrade to Elite on Pricing if the feature is locked.

Astrix has three tiers: Free (core mod, leveling, economy, tickets, Astra), Pro ($4.99/mo — Orbit Intelligence, sentiment alerts, priority support), and Elite ($9.99/mo — AI Server Setup, unlimited analytics history, webhooks).

Manage or cancel your subscription from `/{guildId}/billing` via Stripe — no emails or retention flows required.

Elite servers can send HTTP webhooks when key events occur. Supported event types:

Add endpoints, choose events, and test delivery from `/{guildId}/settings/webhooks`. URLs must use HTTPS (or HTTP for local development).

Astrix stores server configuration and member activity needed to run features you enable. We do not sell personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Users can request deletion of personal records (leveling, memories, moderation history, and more) from the Data Deletion page. Requests are reviewed before data is removed.

### Why isn't Astrix responding to a command?

Check that Astrix is online and has permission to read and send messages in the channel. Slash commands need a moment to register after invite — try again or re-invite with the `applications.commands` scope. For Astra, confirm the channel matches your tier rules in Astra settings.

### How do I upgrade my plan?

Open Your servers, select the guild, and go to Billing — or visit Pricing for plan details first. Checkout runs through Stripe; changes apply to that server only.

### Can I use Astrix in multiple servers?

Yes. Invite Astrix to each server separately. Premium is per guild — upgrading one server does not upgrade others. You manage each from the same dashboard account.
