BILLING

Refund Policy

Short and clear — this is the whole policy.

  • All subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, but you retain access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
  • After your current billing period ends, your server reverts to the Free plan, which remains fully available for as long as you comply with Discord's Terms of Service and the Astrix Terms of Service.
  • To cancel, visit your Billing page in the Astrix Dashboard or contact us on Discord.
